EVENT POLICY

Notice of Filming and Photography. 

When you enter the Best Day Party Ever (BDPE) or an LBHQ Event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by LBHQ and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar LBHQ events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of LBHQ. You release LBHQ, its employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by LBHQ or the person or entity designated to do so by LBHQ

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

Event waiver and release of liability

On behalf LBHQ LLC and in recognition of the risk of incident while participating in Best Day Party Ever (BDPE) or any LBHQ Event, and as consideration for the right to participate in the Event, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability (Agreement) and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the Event, and do hereby release and forever discharge (Event) and its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, business and its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, the event site and its agents, attorneys, employees, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns and all sponsors and/or beneficiaries of the Event (collectively Hosts) from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action now existing or which hereinafter may arise as a result of my participation in the Event, whether any injury is caused by the negligence of the Hosts, the negligence of myself or third parties, the conditions of the course or any other cause.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hosts against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees, if litigation arises on account of claims made by me or anyone on my behalf.

I acknowledge that this Agreement is the entire agreement between the Hosts and me, and that this Agreement cannot be modified or changed in any way by representations or statements of the Host or by me.

I declare, on behalf of LBHQ LLC that we will be held liable for any damage or destruction done by our participants at the event. I understand that it is suggested that a waiver of insurance liability be in place for participation in the event.

I hereby declare that I have read and fully understand this Agreement in its entirety and that, I assent to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
